Job Advert - Inside Sales Consultant & Administrator
Interaction Recruitment is seeking a Inside Sales Consultant & Administrator on behalf of our client, a leading manufacturer in flooring/piping management systems for high-end residential, retail, and office spaces.
This role is ideal for someone with a proactive, customer-focused approach who is comfortable in a busy, entrepreneurial environment. You’ll play a key role in supporting the sales team while handling customer enquiries, creating quotes, and following up on leads and sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the first line of contact for incoming calls, addressing customer enquiries and resolving issues
Generate and manage quotes for consumer orders and follow up on potential sales leads
Provide efficient sales administration support, including order tracking and managing customer databases
Assist with customer returns and reorders, ensuring a seamless customer experience
Support ongoing marketing initiatives as needed
Skills & Experience:
1–3 years of experience in sales administration, customer service, or inside sales
Formal training in sales or account management is an advantage
Strong communication skills with a professional, customer-oriented approach
Highly organised, detail-focused, and skilled at multitasking
Experience with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with sales order processing (SOP) software is preferred
