Finishing Foreman required for a High Rise Residential scheme in Manchester.

One of the North West's leading contractors currently have a requirement for an experienced Finishing Foreman to oversee the finishing and snagging stages of a high rise block of apartments in Manchester City Centre.

The requirement is initially for 6-8 weeks but may run for longer.

Previous experience of working as a Finishing Foreman on apartments or other multi occupancy projects such as hotels, student accommodation is essential. You will also require a valid SMSTS/SSSTS and CSCS card. Joiner background is preferred.
