The Role:

We are looking for a sales person with a minimum of 1 years sales experience either over the phone or face to face. You will be flexible, resilient and have an innovative approach to bringing on new business. The ideal candidate will be energetic, confident and have a positive attitude. Your role as a recruitment Sales Executive/Business Developer, will see you reaching out to potential clients and winning new business for our branches and on-site teams. You must be confident on the phone, as much of your day will be spent cold calling leads and dormant clients, along with using different tools such as Linked In, drop ins and emails. You will be joining our rapidly growing team in our Peterborough head office and will be responsible for developing and securing new business opportunities.

You will be office based Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:30, however during these hours you will utilise your time to both reach out to clients from the office along with being out on the road completing drop ins and client meetings.

All training needed will be provided to ensure you are confident in your role, enabling you to excel in the best possible way. You will have ongoing support throughout your entire journey with us.

Main Responsibilities:

· Identifying and developing new business opportunities

· Cold calling businesses and leads

· Lead sales and client-relationship management

· Managing the full sales cycle from introduction, pitching, conducting customer presentations, and negotiation, to closing sales.

· Working closely with the recruitment teams, branch managers and directors.

· Informing the teams of any new business and passing all relevant specifications for the roles

· Developing and monitoring dormant and cold clients

· Organising your weekly meetings

· Innovating to find ways to reach out to new leads

· Mapping out and creating cold call lists for contacting new potential clients

· Create a detailed pipeline of opportunities to reflect and support targets

· Building strong relationships/rapport with new and existing clients

· Negotiate and agree rates and terms of business

· Client meetings - the role will involve some travel, own car required but fuel costs will be covered

· Creating content to send to potential clients (video messages, linked in posts etc)

Requirements:

· Minimum of 1 years’ experience within sales or business development, this doesn’t have to be recruitment-based experience

· Full UK driving licence with your own vehicle

· Proven ability in sales with the ability to hit and exceed targets

· Strong people skills with a deep customer focus in rapport and relationship building

· Highly self-motivated and target driven to win new business and hit KPI’s

· Excellent communication, presentational and negotiation skills

· A team player that thrives when you are effectively collaborating with others

· Ability to organise and prioritise your own workload

· Be capable of communication face to face, over the phone and by email/ in mail.

We are looking for a driven, go-getter, who can come into the business and hit the ground running. Reaching out to potential new clients, territory mapping, planning meetings and showing us your sales skills from the outset.

In return you will be paid a minimum basic salary, with the potential to earn uncapped commission, as well as exciting progression opportunities, amongst many other benefits.

PACKAGE:

£28,000 - £34,000 (dependant on experience)
