Bell Cornwall Recruitment are pleased to be hiring for an Administrator for a leading construction company on a 6 month interim period at Birmingham Business Park, Birmingham

Candidate responsibilities:

Co-ordinate and implement office procedures
Organise post and distribute accordingly
Handle queries from management, customers and the team
Organising office space, house keeping and resources
Create and maintain electronic/paper documents

Skills needed

Establishing good working relationships across multi-disciplinary team
Excellent written and verbal skills
Travel between locations
Ability to stay calm in busy environment and work under pressure
Work off own initiative
