As a Quality Inspector, your primary role will be monitoring manufacturing processes, ensuring high standards of quality are met and maintained. You will also be responsible for identifying and addressing any defects or issues that may arise.

Description

As a Quality Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the Quality management system to meet the needs of the business and all relevant stakeholders.
Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will be maintaining and improving the quality standards of our clients manufacturing processes and products.
You will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections, implementing quality control procedures, and providing support to various departments to uphold our ISO9001 and ISO1400 accreditations as well as various industry standards.
Collaborate with the engineering team to improve manufacturing processes
Participate in routine inspections and quality audits
Provide feedback and recommendations to management on process improvements
Ensure all equipment is calibrated and operating optimally
Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the workplaceProfile

A successful Quality Inspector should have:

Higher level qualification in Quality Assurance or other related field preferred (or equivalent experience
Certifications such as Lead Auditor or Internal audit training would be advantageous.
Proven experience working in a quality assurance role within a production/manufacturing environment, preferably in an ISO-accredited organisation.
Strong understanding of ISO 9001 or related quality management systems.
A good understanding of ISO 14001 requirements.
A commitment to maintaining high industry standards
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to accurately collect, record, and analyse data.
High proficiency in using MS Office applications (specifically Excel, Power Bi, Powerpoint & Word).Job Offer
