Location: Aberdeen
Hours: Monday - Thursday, 7am - 3pm; Friday, 7am - 2:30pm
Pay Rate: £12.60 per hour
Contract: 2-3 weeks, with potential for ongoing work as a Refuse Loader
Start Date: Immediate

Job Description:

We are looking for a Bin Participation Counter to assist with a refuse collection team for an initial 2-3 week period. This role involves using a clicker to count the number of bins being loaded onto the refuse lorry. It’s a straightforward position that could potentially lead to an ongoing role as a Refuse Loader within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Counting bins with a clicker as they are loaded onto the refuse lorry
Accurately recording the number of bins collected on each route
Working as part of a team to ensure the refuse collection runs smoothly
Following all health and safety protocols
Requirements:

Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Good attention to detail and reliability
Strong team player with a positive attitude
Willingness to progress into a Refuse Loader role after the initial trial period
