The Role
Joining a small team of Materials Scientists and reporting directly to the Innovation Director, the Materials Scientist will play a pivotal role in exploring new technologies, products, and services to support the growth of this expanding company and its diverse client base. Key responsibilities include planning and conducting experiments, preparing detailed reports and research papers, writing reviews, and developing innovative ways to enhance existing products. This role is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional seeking to advance their career and make a meaningful impact in a dynamic and forward-thinking environment.

What’s Required of the Materials Scientist?

Educated to a degree level within Materials Science or similar
Experience focussing on Polymers, Fabrics and Textiles
Any commercial experience working as a Materials Scientist would be advantageous but not essential
Excellent communicator, highly organised and a creative flair
