Role: Electronics Engineer
Location: Chertsey
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 (depending on experience)
Permanent, 37.5 hours per week

Parkside Recruitment is seeking an experienced Electronics Engineer for a leading Defence Systems client based in Chertsey.

This is a permanent position, offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge defence projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop electronics solutions for defence systems
Work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure successful project delivery
Ensure designs comply with industry standards (EMC, safety, RoHS)
Conduct system integration and fault-finding
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including schematics and BOMs
Collaborate with external test houses to meet MoD and European standards What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in electronics design (analog & digital)
Proficiency in ECAD tools (Cadence OrCAD is desirable)
Strong problem-solving and fault-finding skills
Familiarity with test equipment (oscilloscopes, spectrum analysers, etc.)
Ability to obtain UK Security Clearance (SC clearance essential)
Degree in Electronics Engineering or related field Why This Role?
