About Us: Our client are a reputable long established automotive group committed to providing an outstanding customer experience and offering a wide range of vehicles. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Vehicle Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business.
Role Overview: As the Vehicle Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the sales team, developing strategies to maximize sales and profitability, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This is a great opportunity for a results-oriented leader with a passion for the automotive industry and a proven track record of success in vehicle sales.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets whilst delivering exceptional service.
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching, training, and development opportunities.
• Oversee the sales process, from customer engagement to closing deals, ensuring an exceptional experience.
• Maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, ensuring compliance with brand standards.
• Manage vehicle stock levels and ordering, optimizing inventory to meet customer demand.
• Ensure all documentation, finance, and insurance processes are handled efficiently and accurately.
• Report on sales performance, KPIs.

Key Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Vehicle Sales Manager or in an automotive sales role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Results-driven with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Knowledge of vehicle finance and insurance processes.
• Full UK driving license.
