A bespoke developer close to Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire has a excellent opportunity for an Architectural Assistant to join their team

Our client has been founded for 30 years and are an award winning privately-owned developer of new homes

They have nearly 30 years’ experience creating bespoke, high-quality character properties in desirable locations within an hour of Buckinghamshire

Their new homes are built on carefully selected prime residential locations. Schemes range from larger estates to exclusive streets of 10 new homes – largest current scheme is 50 plots

The Role – Architectural Assistant

This role sits within the design team. You will be working under an Architect on the planning side:

You will be drawing and detailing the layouts they have designed. (RIBA stages 2 and 3)

* You will currently be working as an Architectural Assistant for a developer or a practice.

* You will be a strong communicator

* You will have creative flair.

* You will have experience working at planning stage

* Trainees will be considered.
