We are seeking an organised, proactive, and technically capable Admin Officer to join an innovative team on a long term temporary contract.

The role will primarily involve supporting the certification delivery for products, working closely with technical and engineering teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of certifications and internal processes.

We are looking for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and enjoys a fast-paced working environment. You should be confident in managing documentation, working with cross-functional teams, and supporting technical processes. A flexible, can-do attitude is essential for success in this role.

Support Certification Delivery: Assist with the administration of product certification processes and ensure all necessary documentation is provided in a timely manner.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work across multiple departments to gather and share information related to certification delivery.
Technical Support: Assist the technical services team in meetings, information requests, and the preparation of supporting documents for certification.
Program Delivery Support: Coordinate with engineers to ensure certification schedules are met, and monitor project progress.
Internal Processes & Tasks: Help with internal tasks set within the technical officer’s team, including budget tracking, data collection, and maintaining internal processes.
Document Management: Utilise electronic transfer systems to send and receive documents to authorities; monitor the dispatch and return of documents and maintain both electronic and hard-copy filing systems.
Process Management: Support the team in ensuring that the correct standards and procedures are followed throughout the certification process.
Tracking & Reporting: Help track, monitor, and report on assigned tasks, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
Communication: Provide clear feedback through both verbal and written communication during the certification process.Skills & Experience:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to prioritise and multitask, managing multiple tasks at once.
Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexible with working hours and approach, demonstrating a positive and energetic attitude.
Previous administrative experience is beneficial, ideally within a technical or engineering environment.
