Job Description:
Deliver sales against Business Development targets for RLE UK within existing and key growth markets. RLE has offices based in Essex and the Midlands.
Job Duties:
To create and deliver sales in order to establish new business channels for RLE UK.
Your key responsibilities will be identifying new business opportunities and arranging initial meetings to lead to quotation stage. Opportunities will be created via telephone, face to face and arranging and attending customer meetings.
Key Competencies:
* Strong experience within Automotive and Engineering
* Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
* Experience within the quotation process and delivering quotes to a high standard and to customer’s expectations.
* Understanding requirements & methods of Quality systems
* Possess strong personal & interpersonal skills and be comfortable interacting within a wide variety of technical arenas.
* Cold calling and generating new business leads.
* Experience within a business development/sales role.
* A positive, winning attitude (highly driven and self-motivated)
* Ability to work both individually and collaboratively with the wider team
* MS office skills, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
This will be a hybrid role, either based in Essex or the Midlands
