Theatre Technician | Wellingborough

Part Time / 30 hours
Castle Theatre in Wellingborough is looking for an experienced Theatre Technician to join our Technical Department to assist in the running of a busy programme of shows and events.
Duties of the role

Completing pre-rigs, fit ups and get-outs

Working directly on performances and events as the LX/Sound Operator

Managing lx, sound, stage, flys, follow spots and digital cinema

The Person

Experienced in programming ETC Ion

Knowledge of digital/analogue sound desks.

Positive outlook

Ability to problem solve

Organised

Ability to work in a team and on own initiative

Good interpersonal skills

Attention to detail

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure
Salary

£18,071.64 pro rata (£24,095.52 FTE)
