The Role

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will:

* Take ownership of your desk, managing and growing an established client base

* Build and maintain strong relationships with schools and education professionals

* Lead business development efforts, identifying new opportunities and expanding our network

* Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to successful placements

* Provide strategic input to enhance team performance and client engagement

* Mentor and support junior consultants, helping them develop their skills and achieve success

This role requires a proven background in recruitment, ideally within education or a similar fast-paced sector. We’re looking for someone with strong sales ability, excellent relationship-building skills, and a drive to exceed targets.

As this role involves visiting schools across the region, a full UK driving licence is essential.
