Role Overview:
As the Mechanical and Electrical Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of this exciting project, starting from the pre-construction stage and progressing to its live phase in early 2025. You will manage the contract with oversight from a Project Director who will visit between three sites. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of the project, leveraging your expertise in the Mechanical and Electrical services industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle from pre-construction to completion.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
- Manage site activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the project team.

Essential Skills and Experience:
- Stable Career History: Demonstrated consistency and reliability in previous roles.
- Residential Fit-Out Experience: Proven track record in managing similar projects.
- Project Size Experience: Familiarity with handling projects of comparable scale.
- Qualifications: Relevant Mechanical or Electrical qualifications.
- Certifications: SMSTS or equivalent certification is mandatory.
