We are looking for a motivated Head of Production to join a market leading company. You will be a key member in ensuring Production Standards within a manufacturing enviroment are maintained to the highest level. You will be involved in all aspects within their operation. With progressive development this company is always looking to enhance its employees and their skill sets, whilst additionally being supported by a welcoming team. The position will appeal to an Production Manager looking for their next challenging role within in a secure and stable company.

The Candidate:

Proven Leadership skills in a Manufacturing or FMCG environment.
Track record of achieving results through teams
Keen attention to detail and accuracy
Effective communicator with all stakeholders, both internally and externally.
Ability to deal with complexity and change, prioritise effectively, and deliver within short timescales
Creative mindset, looking for opportunities to improve current practices.
Previous experience of working in the Food and Drink industry, preferably in a regulated environment.The Role:

You will develop and maintain a continuous improvement culture, driving operational efficiencies, and identifying and implementing improvements to working practices to improve efficiency, performance and reliability.
You will manage teams across operations and warehousing, driving efficiencies and working towards common goals.
Ensure all products are manufactured to the required product safety and quality standards, safely and on time.
Provide leadership and guidance to the teams, including managers, supervisors, technicians, and production operatives.
