As the Duty Manager, you will oversee and deliver an exceptional customer experience and standard of service for all elements of the hotel operation. You will provide leadership and guidance to all team members, ensuring they are trained and motivated to perform at their best. With flexible conference spaces and a busy bedroom operation, the Hotel attracts a variety of conference, event, and leisure business year-round.

Responsibilities include daily operation management, staff supervision, ensuring high levels of service, handling guest issues, and maintaining health and safety procedures. You will also be responsible for monitoring all hotel departments, conducting briefings, and handling emergencies when necessary.
