Job Details:

* Monday - Thursday: 07:00 to 15:30

* Friday - 07:00 to 14:30

* Location: Luton

* Salary £29,000 per annum

Role Information:

* Ensuring seamless transportation operations daily through our transportation management system

* Engaging in customer service activities, such as overseeing transport orders and interacting with customers and partners

* Managing shipping exceptions and facilitating communication with customers and relevant stakeholders

* Offering resolutions for transport delays

* Assisting in enhancing our customers' logistics networks continuously

* Must excel in communication, organisation, customer service, and thrive in high-pressure environments
