We're seeking a results focused, dynamic and ambitious New Business Development Executive to join our team and drive our growth. We need a seasoned professional and someone experienced within the FMCG export sector to develop new business within overseas markets. The role would suit someone with a demonstrable track record of developing new business and someone who can hit the ground running. They will be rewarded with bonuses and commissions for achieving success.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prospect & Acquire: Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities within the FMCG sectors across a range of global markets.

* Client Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

* Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competition.

* Sales Strategies: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets and growth objectives.

* Collaboration: Work closely with senior management, the procurement and buying teams to align strategies and maximize market penetration.

* Reporting: Regularly report on sales performance, market insights, and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience in business development or sales, specifically within the FMCG industry.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
