Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Role Overview

In this role, you'll handle a mix of planned (40%) and reactive (60%) maintenance tasks, ensuring the upkeep and smooth operation of building systems and fabric. Key tasks include:

* Maintenance Checks: Performing regular emergency light testing, fire alarm testing, water temperature monitoring, and tap flushing.

* General Repairs: Addressing plumbing issues like leaks and blockages, replacing taps, fixing roof leaks, repairing cracked windows, and minor building repairs.

* Record-Keeping: Accurately document all work completed, using provided software for smooth reporting and job tracking.

Your Qualifications

* Proven experience in fabric maintenance or a similar technical role.

* Basic competency in plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general building maintenance.

* Solid understanding of health and safety regulations.
