The Role As a Salaried Partner in our Wills, Estates, and Wealth Management department, you will:

Lead a high-caliber caseload while maintaining our commitment to quality and sustainable workloads
Guide and develop junior team members
Drive business development and marketing initiatives
Shape the future direction of a leading private client practiceYour Profile The ideal candidate will bring:

Senior-level experience from a prestigious Regional, Legal 500, or National firm
At least 5 years PQE within Private Client 
Deep technical expertise within private client matters
Proven business development capabilities
Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring junior lawyers
