Project Architect - Technical Focused

My Clients are an established practice based in the East Sussex region, they are looking to expand their team with a project architect to join their team. This is an outstanding opportunity for a driven architect that has experience within residential and commercial to elevate their career with a forward thinking practice

If you have a minimum 5 years of experience within the UK residential & commercial sector and have experience working on both Small & Large scale projects this could be the perfect next step or step up in your career, With projects across the region and within the capital this is a great opportunity to gain exposure to high profile projects and help develop and lead a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Interpret client briefs and produce high quality technical drawings and details from RIBA stages 4 onwards
Ensure compliance with current building regulations and legislation.
Direct a team to deliver residential and commercial projects throughout the later technical stages whilst upholding relationships with established clients.
Collaborate with consultants, ensuring high technical standards are maintained across projects.Essential Requirements:

5+ years' experience in residential and commercial work with a strong focus on the later technical RIBA stages
Strong understanding of building regulations.
Proficiency in Revit & AutoCAD - Essential
Knowledge of Commercial packages and Façade projects
Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
Proven record of Running projects and a teamWhat's on Offer:

A competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000, dependant on experience.
Genuine Hybrid working arrangements - 2 days in office - 3 WFH
