£50,000 - £54,000 + 20 days shift holiday
Your new company
* A specialist FM provider, with an industry-leading reputation.
Your new role:
* Working continental shifts, 7-7, across a prestigious commercial office / skyscraper in Central London.
* Planned and reactive maintenance across the site, minor repairs, fault finding.
* Emergency light testing, fire alarm tests, light replacements, basic plumbing, temp testing, flushing, water hygiene, AHU’s, FCU’s, and general building service maintenance duties.
* Working as part of a wider team, working in a customer facing environment, getting involved in team meetings etc.
What you will need to succeed
* Electrical or Mechanical Qualifications - open to either background.
* Experience within a similiar role, would be ideal.
