Our Client is building one of the largest and most complex projects in Europe.
They own a great deal of property and there are a large number of Property Assets to realise. There are a number of different uses of these assets.

They are looking for a Chartered Surveyor who has experience in either development, investment, disposals, letting, valuations or property management to assist with driving forward a Property team which is in its embryonic stage.

This is a fantastic opportunity to have influence in shaping the way our client can ensure the processes and the realisation of property assets are carried out.

It is an advantage if you have worked client side and managed consultancies, however those in private practice will also be able to add value.

This role is a hybrid role 2 days a week in the office which can be from Birmingham or London.
