Aftersales Advisor

We are currently seeking a Experienced Automotive Aftersales Advisor to join our team. This role is a Dual role or Parts and Service Advisor and you will be responsible for assisting customers with their parts and servicing needs and providing exceptional service. Experience in a similar motor trade role is Mandatory

You will need a full driving licence and will be used to upselling.

Working Monday - Friday 08.00am - 18.00pm and 1 in 2 Saturday mornings 8.30am - 13.30pm

The salary for the Aftersales Advisor is

Salary is £28,500 there is a bonus based on a profit share scheme Ote is up to £35,000 but is uncapped (our top earner is earning £42,000)

As a aftersales advicor your Duties will be

- Organise and maintain parts and service inventory

- Utilise Excel to track and manage parts data efficiently

- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their requirements

- Provide excellent customer service and assist with parts and service inquiries

- Use phone etiquette when handling customer calls

- Assist in identifying the correct parts needed for repairs or maintenance

- Handle bilingual or multilingual customer queries effectively

Qualifications

- Strong organisational skills

- Proficiency in Excel for data management using either Keyloop or Cdk Kerridge

- Ability to maintain accurate parts inventory records

- Excellent phone etiquette skills

- Effective communication skills to interact with customers and team members
