Job title: Call Centre Operative (nights)
Location: Keighley
Hours: 10pm – 8am, 4 on 4 off shift.
Pay: £13.48 p/h

Are you a night owl looking for a rewarding role in a dynamic environment? We’re looking for a dedicated, professional and customer-focused individual to join our clients team as Night Shift Call Centre Operative.
As part of a team, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and resolving problems and inquiries.

Key responsibilities:
• Handle high volume inbound customer calls efficiently and professionally
• Provide accurate information and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Maintain high standards of customer service
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions and actions taken
• Work effectively as part of a team
