Security Officer
24 Hours Per Week (2pm until 7pm Monday to Friday)
£12 per hour

As a Security Officer, you will use your skills to ensure the safety of our customers, staff and buildings whilst providing excellent customer service.
As a Security Officer with us, you will:

Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers, employees, and visitors
Monitor and control access to the premises
Conduct regular patrols to ensure the security of the premises
Handle any incidents or emergencies that may arise
Provide excellent customer service and assist customers when needed
Enforce company policies and procedures
Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary
You will be alert to everything that's going on around you, ready to spot potential situations and responding rapidly if and when you do.
Work within a team to ensure that security roles and duties are executed in a professional and efficient manner.
Create a safe environment, by being visible maintaining a positive security presence.
Responding to alarms
Monitoring behaviour and diffusing any situations that could lead to a disturbance
Maintaining a security log, including recording all incidents
Ensure the safety and well-being of all persons under your duty of care in accordance with SIA and licensing standards.Customer service is at the core of everything we do. The ideal candidate will:

Hold a valid Door Supervisor license
Have previous experience in a similar role is preferred
Knowledge of first aid procedures is required
Have strong observation and problem-solving skills
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Have an ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
