Salary: £51,500 + Pension + Overtime

Days Based - Monday to Friday 8am – 4pm

My client is one of the UK’s leading steel manufacturers, who have been established for over 30 years, supplying a wide range of industries. With a worldwide presence, the group has gone from strength to strength over the last decade to become centre of excellence within the industry they specialise in. Due to further expansion within the British market, they have recently invested into new projects within the South Yorkshire sites.

Key Skills.

* Apprentice Trained Engineer in Electrical Engineering.

* Experience of PPM systems.

* Medium/Heavy Industrial Experience.

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of day-to-day engineering and maintenance activities ensuring work is carried out to the highest standards, working on several electrical areas within a heavy machinery environment. You will also be able and willing to be involved in general electrical work such as PLC’s, SCADA, furnaces, pumps, AC/DC drives, pneumatics, hydraulics, gearboxes, and other manufacturing heavy machinery. There is a huge amount of training on offer, so the successful candidate will be in line to broaden their skills considerably.
