Your new role – Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Static role covering a portfolio of mechanical maintenance work across a critical healthcare site in Cambridge.
AHUs, FCUs, ventilation, motors, pumps, tap temperature checks, legionella, expansion vessels / PRV's / TMV's, drainage inspections and sanitation repairs or replacement.
Service, maintenance, fault finding & repair on a range of building services equipment, General maintenance duties as and when required   
What you'll need to succeed                                    

Experience within a Maintenance / Facilities Management environment.
Any relevant qualifications required e.g. Level 3 Award, C&G or equivalent
Knowledge of Health & Safety, Permit to Work procedures and safe systems of working.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.

Pro-active in achieving the highest standard of operation – must be enthusiastic to deliver a good service to the Customer
Ability to lead, motivate and direct a small team of technicians/operatives
Well-presented and approachable manner
