Company Details and Job Overview:

A global business has partnered with Kenton Black Finance exclusively as they look to appoint a French speaking FP&A Manager. Based on site in their UK offices in North Lancashire, the new FP&A Manager will hold full responsibility for financial management and reporting for a number of business units within the Group.

Fluency in the French language is essential for this role, as the role largely involves liaising with counterparts in France.

Your New Role as FP&A Manager:

The new FP&A Manager will report to the Finance Director on site, with support also available from the counterpart in France. Specific duties will include:

• Production of the management accounts pack, including commentary and analysis
• Preparation of forecast and budget consolidations and board reporting
• Involvement of year end reporting and audit
• Working closely with operations to identify profit, cashflow improvement initiatives and working capital, providing financial appraisal and analysis for capital expenditure and business plans
• Analysis of sales and margins
• Reviewing KPIs
• Key player in driving process and system improvements and efficiencies
• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory and company policies/procedures
• Stock management – monitoring inventory levels and stock taking, maintaining standard costing and analysing variances

Experience & Qualifications Required to Apply:

The successful candidate will be a fluent French speaker and full ACCA/CIMA qualification is advantageous. You will be proven in a similar senior finance/FP&A role with strong commercial acumen and technical accounting capabilities.
