RCH is one of the very few places in the UK that specialises in short term convalescent and respite care. It exists to help post-operative and respite guests get better, recover mentally and physically, and return home refreshed, confident and capable.

Part Time Chef / Cook

Rustington, Littlehampton BN16 2LZ

Basic rate £15.60 per hour (plus 25% enhancement for weekend work)

Permanent; part time

RCH is looking for someone with a professional, positive attitude, enthusiastic in their outlook and self-motivated, you should be able to work well as part of a team but equally confident to work on your own.

What will you be doing?

* Preparing the food for cooking

* Reviewing the menu and doing inventory

* Ordering food for the kitchen

* Monitoring food production

* Training staff

* Ensuring standard portions and quality of dishes

* Maintaining a clean and safe kitchen and ensuring sanitation practices in the kitchen

Week 1: Tuesday 4pm - 7:30pm; Wednesday 7am - 1:30pm

Week 2: Monday and Wednesday 4pm - 7:30pm

Week 3: Tuesday 4pm - 7:30pm; Wednesday 7am - 1:30pm

Week 4: Monday and Wednesday 4pm - 7:30pm; Saturday: 7am - 1:30pm

Hours will be available for holiday cover as well
