Job Overview: As a Supervisor in Gloucester, you'll enjoy an excellent work-life balance, with evenings off and reduced weekend hours. Your workweek will be 39.5 hours. Store operating hours are Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm, Saturday from 10 am to 4 pm, and Sunday from 10 am to 3 pm.
Responsibilities: Your role as a Supervisor will include:
Elevating and maintaining high customer service standards within the store.
Ensuring company and brand standards are consistently met, while adhering to health and safety guidelines.
Achieving store and company key performance indicators (KPIs).Qualifications and Skills: To be successful in this role, you should:
