Job Title: Handyman (Part-Time)
Location: Eastbourne
Hours: 17.5 hours per week
Position Type: Part-TimeHRGO Recruitment are seeking a dedicated and experienced Handyman to support the busy working schedule of the school Estates Department. You will need to be well[1]organised, practical, a team player, physically strong and be able to work as directed or independently.

As a part-time Handyman, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient operation of our school's facilities and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the smooth running of the school's premises and facilities
Perform general maintenance tasks, including repairs painting,cleaning
Assist in managing contractors for maintenance and repair work
Collaborate with other staff members to address any estates-related issues promptlySkills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in a similar role within an educational or commercial setting
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical strength and stamina to handle manual tasks
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
