Lead architectural design and project delivery, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company standards.
Manage projects efficiently, overseeing timelines, budgets, and team coordination.
Act as a key client liaison, handling briefs, feedback, and ensuring satisfaction.
Mentor junior team members, providing technical guidance and leadership.
Contribute to business development, including attending industry events and pitching to clients.
Ensure compliance with building regulations, health & safety standards, and contract requirements.Ideal Candidate

ARB Registered Architect with substantial UK-based experience.
Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations, planning processes, and construction techniques.
Excellent project management, time management, and client communication skills.
Retail experience would be essential to thrive in the role.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and architectural presentation preparation.This role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Architect to lead impactful projects in a collaborative and innovative environment.
