We are looking for an experienced Financial Controller to join our family run client near Huntingdon.

Duties:

* Preparation of annual financial accounts for external accountants

* Preparation of quarterly (moving to monthly in future) management accounts, on Xero Accounting system WIP provided by Directors (to be led by Finance Manager)

* Cash flow forecasting and management assist Director

* Bank reconciliation

* Nominal ledger and journals

* Credit control & aged debtors issue of monthly statements, monitoring creditors against agreed limits, chasing aged debtors by phone / email when required

* Purchase ledger and supplier payments reconcile statements. Invoices uploaded by Admin. Invoices approved by Director

* Xero Payroll Process hours. Timesheets generated via simPRO by Director

* Sub-contractor payments - CIS

* P11ds

* Monthly VAT returns

* Monthly CIS returns

* Timesheet approval

* Developing and monitoring budgets for departments

* Quarterly review of direct debits and subscriptions

Office based. This role is based in a rural location so a driving license and a car is necessary.
