A leading accountancy practice in Yeovil is looking for an Audit Manager to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated audit professional to take on a leadership role, working with a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple industries.

Role Overview

As an Audit Manager, you will:

✔ Lead and manage a portfolio of audit clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery.

✔ Oversee audit planning, fieldwork, and completion, reporting directly to partners.

✔ Manage and mentor a team of auditors, reviewing work and providing technical guidance.

✔ Liaise with clients, building strong relationships and providing strategic advice.

✔ Ensure compliance with UK GAAP, IFRS, and auditing standards.

✔ Identify business development opportunities and contribute to firm growth.

What We’re Looking For

? Qualified ACA / ACCA (or equivalent) with significant audit experience.

? Strong technical knowledge of audit, financial reporting, and compliance.

? Experience managing a team and mentoring junior staff.

? Excellent client management and communication skills.

? Strong organisational abilities to manage multiple engagements.
