Job Advert: Estate Caretaker (Temporary Assignment)

Location: Brent Cross
Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 16:00

We are seeking a dedicated Estate Caretaker to join our team on a temporary basis!

Key Responsibilities:

Vacuum carpeted areas and main entrance floor mats
Dust and wipe down stair nosing on each step
Sweep and mop all lobby solid surfaces
Clean handrails, skirtings, window sills, architraves, balustrades, radiators, push and kick plates, dado rails, signage, and wall fixings
Dust notice boards and external letter boxes, and clean light switches
Remove marks from walls and chewing gum from all areas
Report and remove graffiti promptly
Clear cobwebs and insect matter
Ensure communal areas remain unobstructed by bikes, prams, and miscellaneous items
Perform minor repairs and report larger issuesWhat We Offer:
