£45,000 - £50,000 + £2,500 AP Bonus

Monday to Friday - 8 am to 5 pm

Building Services - Maintenance & Projects

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Project Shift Engineer to join an established team of engineers on a static banking site in the heart of the City.

The role will suit someone with a background in critical maintenance, who is also experienced with small projects.

Continental shift pattern, days and nights, 7 to 7.

Duties & Responsibilities

Review SSoWs,
Permits to work, H&S,
Contractors sticking to SSoWs
Reviewing completed works
Escorting duties
Review Risk Assessments, give them the right permit for elec, mech or confined spaces
General critical building maintenance

Projects Include:

Electrical isolations
Fan coil replacements
Chiller replacements
Pipework modifications
New electrical distribution board replacements
Valve installations
BMS upgrades
Pump panels

Qualifications & Experience

City & Guilds Mechanical or Electrical NVQ 3 / Apprenticeship
2391 Testing & Inspection
Experience working within a critical, commercial environment
Building services experience
DBS Clearance

Package & Benefits

Up to £50,000
AP Allowance of £2,500
Continental shift; days & nights - 7-7.
