We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Officer to join our clients finance team in Fareham. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day payroll functions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for the companies employees. You will work closely with the HR and Finance teams to maintain payroll records, resolve payroll discrepancies, and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Here are the key responsibilities for the Payroll Officer position:

Process Payroll: Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees.
Maintain Records: Keep payroll records up-to-date and ensure data integrity.
Handle Enquiries: Address payroll-related questions and resolve any discrepancies.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and relevant legislation.
Reporting: Prepare and submit regular payroll reports.
Collaboration: Work with HR and Finance teams to enhance payroll processes.
Year-End Activities: Assist with year-end payroll activities and audits.Profile

Job Offer

Salary: £25,000.00 - £28,000.00

Holiday: 20 Days + 8 Days Bank Holiday
