Project Manager Role

Project Manager Requirements
Proven track record in large-scale residential development.
Strong Employer's Agent experience (preferred).
Excellent client management and communication skills.
Committed to professional development (RICS, APC).
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Technical construction knowledge.
Experience with JCT contracts and Development Agreements (preferred).In Return?
