Kenna Recruitment are representing a tier one contractor, who are in the market for a Technical Service Manager to join their team. This project is a commercial fit out scheme valuing £10 million.

About the company:

Highly established Main contractor who value their employees and have a great reputation for a low staff turnover and progressing their employees to the next level of their career.

About the role:

You’ll be liaising with the management team giving regular updates on progression and where they’re at with deadlines, also be responsible for ensuring the sub-contractors are doing the job correctly/safely and on time, meeting the project programme whilst making sure the project is being delivered to the high standard the client expects. Helping out with the tender process and winning work.

The ideal candidate can will have experience in commercial fit out and be mechanically bias.

Responsibilities:

* Regular updates and reports

* Completion and commission work.

* QA's

* Manging the sub-contractors

Requirements:

* CSCS

* SMSTS

* First aid cert
