Key Responsibilities:
* Manage, mentor, and motivate a Business Development team, including an Account Manager.
* Lead by example by meeting and exceeding your own sales targets.
* Contribute to and execute go-to-market strategies alongside the executive team to win new business and build brand awareness.
* Identify and cultivate new business opportunities while overseeing client pipelines using HubSpot.
* Foster long-term client relationships and ensure your team is delivering exceptional service.
