We are seeking a Quality Manager to lead our clients Quality function, Our client develops, manufactures and delivers highly complex components to Aerospace and Oil and Gas industries.

They are looking for a Quality Manager who can ensure compliance with AS 9100 Rev D and drive continuous improvement across the business. This role is key in embedding a culture of quality and operational excellence while enhancing customer satisfaction and business performance.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain and oversee the Quality Management System (AS 9100 Rev D) and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Lead quality initiatives, audits, and root cause analysis, implementing corrective actions.
Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and customer-facing teams to integrate quality into all operations.
Drive continuous improvement, reducing defects and enhancing efficiency.
Engage with stakeholders, customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies to maintain high standards.
Manage 4 direct reports and provide leadership in quality strategy.Skills & Experience Required
Proven experience in quality management within manufacturing/engineering.
Strong knowledge of AS 9100 and regulatory compliance.
Experience leading audits, MRP implementation, and quality data analysis.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.Benefits
