Administrator - Newtownards

Our housing client in Newtownards is seeking a skilled and experienced Administrator for a long-term temporary position with potential for permanent opportunities.

Key Details:

Full-time hours: Monday to Friday

34 days holiday per annum

Hourly rate £11.98 p/h

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of administrative experience

5 GCSEs at grade C or above

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

Previous experience in a similar role

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the housing team
Manage correspondence and maintain accurate records
Assist with data entry and report generation
Handle inquiries from clients and stakeholders
Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed
The ideal candidate will be well-organised, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.
