The Role:
We are seeking a skilled Engineering Manager to lead our talented engineering team. This is a pivotal role in driving the design, development, and implementation of bespoke projects that push the boundaries of manufacturing excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Leadership: Guide and inspire a team of engineers to deliver exceptional results.
• Budget Management: Assist in planning and resource allocation to ensure cost-effective project delivery.
• Project Oversight: Manage projects from initial concept to production, maintaining quality and budgetary targets.
• Innovation & Development: Spearhead the design and development of capital equipment aligned with industry standards and customer specifications.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with production, quality assurance, and sales teams to align technical efforts with business objectives.
• Process Optimization: Implement best practices, driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
• Compliance Leadership: Ensure adherence to all regulatory and safety standards.
What We're Looking For:
• A seasoned professional with 12+ years of engineering experience, including 7 years in management.
• Deep expertise in capital equipment design and manufacturing.
• Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., CAD, PLM).
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead complex initiatives from start to finish.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication abilities.
• A collaborative mindset to work effectively with diverse teams and external stakeholders.
