Job Title: Fabric Technician
Salary: Up to £40k
Working Hours: 07:00 - 15:30, Monday to Friday
Call-out Rota: 1 in 4, with a £175 retainer fee

About the Role:
Our client is seeking skilled engineers to join their prestigious, high-profile site. In this role, you will be responsible for a combination of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive works, with a 70/30 split. You will also support with minor installation and small works, ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standard.

The Site:
This is a chance for you to work in a cutting-edge facility at the heart of the UK’s rail industry, known for its advanced technology and high-volume maintenance capabilities. As a globally recognized leader in transport, this site plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety, reliability, and innovation of the nation’s rail services.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver PPM and reactive maintenance services across the site

* Perform minor installation and small works as required

* Adhere to safety standards and ensure compliance with strict SLAs

* Collaborate with a team of 6 engineers to maintain site efficiency

Key Requirements:

* 18th Edition Electrical Regulations

* City & Guilds Level 2 (Plumbing, Electrical, or relevant trade)

* Experience in Commercial building maintenance or engineering roles
