An established food manufacturer based in Aston requires a shift production line team leader.
Duties:
* Supervising a team of eight people on canning and bottling production lines.
* Communicating expectations to production team members and evaluating their performance.
* Ensuring that production processes are in line with company and regulatory requirements.
* Regularly checking the machinery and checkpoints to ensure safe and efficient workflow.
Requirements:
* Experience of production supervision or team leading, peferably in the food industry.
* Good communication and IT skills.
* Knowledge of food and hygiene regulations would be an advantage.
Hours:
Thre are two role one on two shifts and one one three shifts.
* 6am to 2pm, 2pm to 10pm ( Salary £30008)
* 6am to 2pm, 2pm to 10pm and 10pm to 6am.( Salary £31320)
* Rotational shifts.
Overtime at 1.5
