Blue Arrow Derby are proud to be working in partnership with a manufacturing company who are looking to recruit a Technical Advisor to join their team on a full time, permanent basis working on-site at their offices in Belper.

Hours: Working 39.5 hours a week

Between Monday - Friday (8am - 6pm) & Saturday's 9am - 12pm (1 in 3)

What will you be doing in the Technical Advisor role?
* Working as part of the Service Technical department providing technical advice to external Gas Safe registered Engineers and End Users.
* Interpret and explain technical information and instructions.
* Understand the customer requirements and show a good technical aptitude combined with the ability to give advice by telephone with clarity and diplomacy.
* You should be confident giving technical advice and aim to give our customers world class customer service.
* You will be target driven and your performance will be measured on achieving KPI's.

What will you bring to the Technical Advisor role?
* Previous experience in a Technical role is essential
* Previous experience within a contact centre environment is desriable
* A passion for customer service and you pride yourself on exceeding the expectations of our customers.
* A good problem-solving aptitude which enables you to diagnose possible faults with accuracy.
* You are computer literate having previous experience using all Microsoft applications and you have a good understanding of Salesforce.
* Excellent communication skills and enjoy working as part of a team.
* We would prefer you to have knowledge of our products; however, we do provide full product training to all members of our team.
