More about the role:Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Manager to ensure smooth daily operations

Supervise, train, and motivate our talented team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff

Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service

Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure guest satisfaction

Manage inventory, order supplies, and control costs

Assist in developing and implementing new menus and promotions

Uphold health and safety standards to ensure a safe dining environment

Contribute to financial success through budget management and revenue generation

Who you are:Proven experience in food and beverage supervision or a related role

Exceptional leadership and communication skills

Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities

A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences

Knowledge of food safety regulations and industry trends

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
