Senior Communications Executive - Public Affairs (In-House)

Location: Central London (Hybrid)

About the Role:

We have partnered with a prominent not-for-profit organisation representing key stakeholders in London's built environment who are seeking a talented Senior Communications Executive to join their small and highly engaged team!

Our client specialises on areas such as politics, public affairs, research, events, and communications to engage with their diverse membership, which includes major landowners, property developers and investors. This role offers a unique opportunity to interact with senior professionals within London's real estate sector, including influential policymakers and top industry leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation: Write compelling copy for various purposes, including event briefs, stakeholder communications, and member engagement.
Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with our members and external stakeholders, including policymakers at both national and local levels.
Event Support: Assist in organizing and executing high-profile events, ensuring effective communication with all parties.
Committee Involvement: Contribute to running committees, particularly those focused on diversity and inclusion, and support initiatives for young professionals in the industry.
PA Duties: Provide administrative support to senior management, including scheduling, document preparation, and correspondence management.

The successful candidate will have:

Agency experience and are accustomed to a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and stakeholders. A strong background in communications and public affairs is essential.
Excellent writing skills with the ability to create engaging content for various audiences. Confidence in engaging with senior professionals and stakeholders is essential.
Proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented, thriving in a collaborative and sociable work environment.
